Deputy Home Manager | Nursing & Elderly Care | Bedfordshire 

Stephen James Consulting are partnering with a not for profit care provider to recruit a nurse-qualified Deputy Home Manager for a large nursing home in Bedfordshire. 

This is a key leadership role within a supportive, established care setting, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on both clinical standards and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily running of the home, ensuring high-quality clinical care delivery
  • Maintain strong CQC compliance, governance, and regulatory standards
  • Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the care team
  • Support occupancy growth and overall service performance

Requirements:

  • Active NMC PIN (RGN qualified)
  • Previous experience in a Deputy Manager or senior clinical leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
  • Confident, hands-on leadership approach within elderly care settings

This role offers a salary of: £60,000 - £65,000
