Regional Manager

We continue to work with one of our established elderly care clients in the search for an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to support a portfolio of five residential, dementia and nursing homes across the Essex region.

This is a pivotal leadership role, and forms part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you will play a key role in supporting Home Managers, maintaining exceptional care standards, driving quality improvements, along with contributing to the long term success of the operational outcomes across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting Home Managers across a portfolio of residential and nursing care homes

• Delivering commercial, operational, and quality objectives across the region

• Ensuring full CQC compliance and driving continuous improvement in care standards

• Developing and mentoring management teams, building strong succession plans to support future growth

• Managing organisational change effectively and ensuring service improvement outcomes

• Working collaboratively with the senior management team on new projects and strategic initiatives

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Significant experience in leading multiple healthcare teams (as a Regional, Area, or Operations Manager)

• In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and the inspection process

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Demonstrable commercial acumen within a fast-paced care environment

• Experience in care home integration or turnaround would be advantageous

• Relevant management or leadership qualification

The role of Regional Manager offers a salary of £75,000 – £85,000 + Car Allowance, dependent on experience.
