The Role

As Home Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring outstanding standards of care while delivering strong operational performance.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing your team
• Maintaining compliance with CQC standards
• Driving occupancy and building relationships within the local community
• Managing budgets and financial performance
• Supporting residents and families with a person-centred approach
• Embedding a positive culture focused on dignity, quality and continuous improvement

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience as a Registered Care Home Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager from a larger service looking to step into a Home Manager position
• A strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing occupancy, budgets and operational performance
• A passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting your team to succeed
