CRM Manager | Elderly Care | Havant
Stephen James Consulting is partnering with a well-established elderly care provider to recruit an experienced CRM Manager. This is a commercially focused role where you’ll play a key part in driving occupancy, managing enquiries, and delivering an exceptional experience for prospective residents and their families.
The Role
Working closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team, you will take ownership of the full customer journey—from initial enquiry through to admission—ensuring a smooth, supportive and professional experience at every stage.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing incoming enquiries and supporting families through the admissions process
- Conducting home tours and effectively showcasing the service and facilities
- Driving occupancy through proactive enquiry management and conversion
- Building and maintaining relationships with local healthcare professionals and referral partners
- Developing and delivering local marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Organising events such as open days and community outreach activities
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and monitoring enquiry and conversion data
- Producing regular reports on occupancy, sales activity and performance
- Supporting the Home Manager in achieving occupancy and revenue targets
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in CRM, sales, admissions, business development or customer relationship roles
- Ideally experience within elderly care, healthcare, hospitality or a similar customer-focused sector
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial mindset with a proven ability to convert enquiries into admissions or sales
- Excellent organisation and CRM system experience
- Confidence engaging with families, professionals and community stakeholders
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence (preferred)
