Deputy Home Manager | Elderly Care | Leicestershire

Stephen James Consulting is partnering with a highly regarded elderly care provider in Leicestershire to recruit an ambitious Deputy Manager for a well-established residential and dementia care service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a home that has a warm, homely atmosphere combined with a modern, well-maintained environment designed to support high-quality, person-centred care.

The service is known for its strong leadership team, stable staffing structure, and clear commitment to continuous improvement. It offers a calm and welcoming setting where residents are truly at the heart of everything, and where staff are supported to develop, grow, and take pride in the care they deliver. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to step into a visible leadership role within a service that values consistency, teamwork, and high standards.

The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Home Manager, supporting the day-to-day running of the service while driving excellence across care delivery, compliance, and team performance. There is also a clear and structured progression pathway into a larger, newly developed service within the organisation after approximately 12 months, alongside a salary increase and broadened responsibilities.

Crown Care Group is committed to delivering high-quality care environments where both residents and staff can thrive, making this an ideal next step for a motivated Deputy Manager looking for long-term progression.
