Stephen James Consulting is working with a family-run care provider to recruit a nurse-qualified Deputy Manager for a medium-sized home in Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day running of the home and clinical care delivery
  • Maintain strong CQC compliance and governance standards
  • Provide hands-on leadership to the care team
  • Support occupancy and overall service performance

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Active NMC PIN (RGN)
  • Previous Deputy Manager or senior clinical leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards
  • Confident, hands-on leadership style
Salary: £55,000
