Residential Home Manager | Elderly Care | North Wales

Stephen James Consulting is working with an established elderly care provider in the search for a Residential Home Manager based in North Wales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step into a Home Manager position within a small, fully occupied residential care home offering a stable and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the care home
  • Leading, supporting, and developing the staff team
  • Ensuring compliance with CIW standards and regulations
  • Maintaining high standards of resident care and wellbeing
  • Promoting a positive and person-centred culture within the home

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within residential elderly care
  • Experience at Deputy Manager level or above
  • Strong knowledge of CIW regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
