Home Manager

Stephen James Consulting are working with an established independent elderly care provider in the search for a Home Manager to lead a small nursing and dementia care home based in Hampshire.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to take leadership of a well-established service within a supportive provider group. The home offers a warm, homely environment and benefits from a committed team already in place.

The successful candidate will play a key role in continuing to strengthen quality, governance and operational standards while ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the overall operational management of the home

• Driving high standards of nursing and dementia care

• Strengthening governance, compliance and quality assurance processes

• Leading, mentoring and supporting the staff team

• Creating a positive and supportive culture for residents and staff

• Building strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Previous Home Manager experience within an elderly care service

• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance

• Experience within nursing and dementia care environments

• A visible, hands-on leadership approach

• The ability to drive quality and maintain high care standards

The role offers £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
