Stephen James Consulting is working with an established elderly care provider in the search for a Home Manager for a Nursing home based in Hampshire.

This is a stable, well-performing service providing nursing and dementia care. The focus is on strong operational leadership, maintaining regulatory standards, and continuing to build on an already solid foundation.

We are keen to speak with experienced Nursing Home Managers who are confident in leading clinical teams and driving quality and performance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Overall operational and clinical leadership of the service

  • Maintaining Good CQC standards and inspection readiness

  • Leading and developing a multidisciplinary nursing and care team

  • Overseeing governance, compliance and performance

  • Building strong relationships with residents and families

 

To be considered, you will need:

  • Previous experience managing a nursing home

  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance

  • A proven track record of stable leadership and performance delivery

  • Nurse qualification desirable but not essential

The role offers £60,000–£65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
