Home Manager
Stephen James Consulting are working with one of their long-standing not-for-profit elderly care clients in the search for a Home Manager for a small, Outstanding-rated residential and dementia service based in Suffolk.
This is a well-established home with strong foundations already in place. The focus is on maintaining quality, leading a close-knit team, and continuing to deliver exceptional person-centred dementia care.
We are keen to speak with experienced Home Managers or accomplished Deputy Managers ready to step into their first home leadership role.
You will be responsible for:

Overall operational leadership of the service

Championing high-quality dementia care practice

Maintaining Outstanding regulatory standards
-
Developing and supporting a stable, engaged team

Building strong relationships with residents and families
To be considered, you will need:

Proven experience within residential elderly care
-
A strong dementia care background
-
Sound knowledge of CQC standards
-
A visible, hands-on and values-led leadership approach
The role offers £40,000–£50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
