Stephen James Consulting are partnering with one of their reputable elderly care providers in the search for a Registered Home Manager in South Lincolnshire.
This is a key leadership role managing a medium-sized residential and dementia care home, with full accountability for quality, people, and performance, ensuring consistently high standards of care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading the delivery of high-quality, person-centred residential and dementia care

Driving service performance against quality, occupancy, and financial targets

Ensuring strong governance, compliance, and inspection readiness

Developing and supporting a stable, motivated staff team

Representing the service positively in external meetings and reviews
To be considered, you will need:

Management experience within a residential and/or dementia care setting

Strong working knowledge of CQC regulatory frameworks

Commercial awareness, including staffing, budgets, and occupancy growth

A confident, inclusive leadership style with the ability to drive improvement

A genuine commitment to person-centred care
The role offers a salary of £60,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
