Stephen James Consulting are partnering with one of their reputable elderly care providers in the search for a Registered Home Manager based in Lincolnshire. This key leadership role will be managing a medium-sized residential and dementia care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring both quality and financial targets are met, and facilitating the development of care services that respond to the changing needs of residents.

• Contributing to the strategic development of the home, ensuring adherence to objectives and business plans.

• Understanding and responding to the specific needs of individuals living with dementia and those requiring residential care.

• Participating in contract reviews and representing the organisation in respect of service delivery.

To be shortlisted for the role of Registered Home Manager, you will need the following experience:

• Management experience within a residential or dementia care setting.

• Strong commercial acumen, to support successful service delivery and development, people management, budget control, and occupancy growth.

• An inclusive and supportive management style balanced with strong leadership to provide direction and implement change.

• A commitment to a person-centred approach to deliver high-quality services and enable residents to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Our client was established in the early 1990’s, this registered charity provides care and support services that improve the quality of life for 100’s older people along with adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. By caring and working together, they create great societies for individuals to live their lives.

The role of Registered Home Manager is offering £65,000 – £70,000 per annum, depending on candidate experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
