Stephen James Consulting are partnering with one of their Not-for-Profit elderly care providers in the search for a (LD) Registered Manager based in Buckinghamshire. This key role will be managing two Learning Disability & Autism services for elderly.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring both quality and financial targets are met, and facilitating the development of quality healthcare services, ensuring that they respond to the changing needs of clients.

  • Contributing to the strategic development of the care home, ensuring adherence to objectives and business plans.

  • Understanding and responding to the specific needs of individuals within LD and Autism.

  • Participate in contract reviews and represent the organisation in respect of service delivery.

To be shortlisted for the role of (LD) Registered Manager, you will need the following experience:

  • Management experience within a Learning disabilities, autism, or Mental Health setting.

  • Strong commercial acumen, to support successful service delivery and development, people management, budget control, business development, and revenue generation.

  • An inclusive and supportive management style balanced with strong leadership is a critical factor in the success of this role, to provide direction and implement change.

  • A commitment to a person-centred approach to deliver high-quality services to enable people to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.

The role of (LD) Registered Manager is offering £40,000 – £42,000, depending on candidate experience, plus excellent benefits.
