Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on recruitment, development, and day-to-day management of a high-performing care team
• Establish and maintain exceptional standards of person-centred care, with a particular focus on dementia
• Ensure full compliance with CQC requirements and internal quality frameworks
• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and the wider community
• Manage home budgets effectively while maintaining quality and service excellence
• Promote a positive, inclusive culture that celebrates dignity, independence, and well-being

To be considered for this role of Registered Home Manager you will need the following experience:

• Experienced Home Manager with a proven track record within residential care
• Holds a relevant qualification (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent)
• A confident and compassionate leader who inspires and motivates others
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practice in residential care
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a resident-first mindset
• Ideally you will have commissioning experience (Not essential)

The role of is offering £75,000 - £80,000 + Achievable bonus salary is dependent on candidates experience.
