Stephen James Consulting continue to work with one of their expanding elderly care providers, in the search for an Regional Support Manager covering a portfolio of residential care homes across Lincolnshire. 

This newly created role will primarily focus on supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes and financial performance in identified focus homes.

Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Supporting the Regional Director of Care in achieving pre-agreed quality and  business targets and KPIs
     
  • Supporting Registered Home Managers (residential care) with the day-to-day running and development of their home.
     
  • Inducting and mentoring new home managers into the group. 

  • Working with the SMT on delivering key projects across the portfolio. 
     
  • To provide strong leadership skills to enhance client’s quality of life by identifying and reducing risks by conducting care audits and taking corrective action

The role of Regional Support Manager salary range is dependent on candidate experience.
