✅ What You’ll Need:

• Registered Manager experience in a care home setting (essential)

• A Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)

• Strong working knowledge of CQC regs and safeguarding

• A genuine passion for making a difference

• Leadership that’s firm but fair—and always focused on outcomes for residents
