💼 What You'll Bring:

• Registered Manager experience in adult social care (bonus points for elderly or dementia care).

• A track record of GOOD or OUTSTANDING CQC ratings — you don’t just tick boxes, you build legacies.

• Natural leadership with a bit of steel — you know when to hug and when to hustle.

• NVQ Level 5 or equivalent — or you’re working toward it (we’ll back you all the way).
