Stephen James Consulting are working with one of their major clients, in the search for a Project Manager, working across the South East. This newly created role will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of large-scale projects: including new capital projects and essential service projects across the organisation.
·Deliver cross-functional operational projects to quality, time and budget
·Facilitate and ensure routine and clear communication within the project team, along with working closely with key stakeholders.
·Attending site meetings for new capital developments in order to provide support to the Home Managers and wider project team.
·Taking the lead on the development and continuous practical implementation of key projects such as Carsys and EMAR (Electronic Medication Administration Record) and other related projects.
To be considered for this role of Project Manager you will need the following experience:
·Previous project management experience with new build and similar capital development projects within a health or social care context.
·Ideally a recognised Project Management qualification, e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, MSP
·Knowledge and experience of stakeholder management and negotiation and in the leadership and management of multi-disciplinary teams.
·Excellent understanding of procurement processes including negotiation with third parties.
·Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
This role is offering a competitive Salary and Benefits Package which depending on experience - £55,000 - £60,000
