The residents’ survey revealed an average OPR of 882 with family and friends achieving an overall score of 842

Residents in Warwickshire (905 OPR) were the most positive about the care they received followed by those in Birmingham and the Black Country, both with an average rating of 900.

In the family and friends survey, North Yorkshire (885) came out on top just ahead of the South Coast (865).

Care homes are rated in four areas: Staff and Care, Home Comforts, Choice and Having a Say, and Quality of Life.
