Stephen James Consulting is working with one of its established elderly care providers in the search for a Clinical Home Manager (RGN) based in Cheshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to take full responsibility for a smallnursing home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and strong regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall leadership and management of the nursing home
  • Ensure safe, effective, person-centred care delivery
  • Provide clinical and operational leadership to care teams
  • Maintain full CQC compliance and governance standards
  • Manage budgets, occupancy, and service performance
  • Drive quality improvement and continuous development
  • Support staff through supervision, appraisal, and mentoring

Requirements:

  • Active UK NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
  • Proven nursing home management or deputy experience
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance
  • Experience in elderly or dementia care settings
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000.
