Regional Support Manager
£70,000-£80,000
Stephen James Consulting continues to work with one of its expanding elderly care providers in the search for a Clinical Regional Support Manager covering a portfolio of care homes across Scotland, with a focus on the Central Belt and North East.
This role will primarily focus on supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes and financial performance in identified focus homes.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Regional Director of Care in achieving pre-agreed quality and business targets and KPIs

Supporting Registered Home Managers with the day-to-day running and development of their homes

Providing strong clinical leadership and oversight to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance

Inducting and mentoring new Home Managers into the group

Working with the senior management team on delivering key projects across the portfolio

Enhancing residents’ quality of life by identifying and reducing risk through audits and corrective action
Candidate Requirements:

Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN

Proven experience as a Clinical Home Manager within residential or nursing care

Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance, and regulatory standards

Credible, hands-on leader ready to step into a regional support role

The role of Clinical Regional Support Manager offers a salary of £75,000 per annum, plus car allowance and bonus.
